All items are handmade and personalised to order. Production times vary depending on the product and current order volume. 

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via our selected postal or courier service. Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional postage costs resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and item so we can assist in resolving the issue.
